Do you travel to my location?

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

Do I need to prepare my hair before my appointment?

Yes, please ensure your hair is clean, detangled, and free from heavy products unless advised otherwise. This helps achieve the best results.

For a cut and blow-dry, you can wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner beforehand and leave it damp before I arrive.

Is there a minimum hair length for braiding?

Yes, hair must be a suitable length to ensure braids hold properly. If you’re unsure, you can send a photo before booking for advice.

How long will my appointment take?

Appointment times vary depending on the style. An estimated duration will be provided when booking.

Can I send a photo of the style I want?

Yes, this is encouraged. It helps ensure we are aligned on the final look.
